The Petrolux® PXLH LED round low bay meets or exceeds the code requirements to be used in harsh hazardous location applications including petroleum refineries, ethanol facilities, chemical plants, power plants, textile mills, water treatment, grain elevators and foundries.

The Petrolux® II is our specialty hazardous luminaire that offers a choice of light distributions by utilizing asymmetrical and symmetrical refractors or prismatic glass reflectors. A wide variety of mounting options and accessories are available. Petrolux II luminaires are UL844 listed for use in Hazardous Location; Class 1, Division 2, Class II, Division 1 and 2. They are also rated for Marine Outside (salt and fresh water type - UL595); Wet location - UL1572

The highly specular internal reflector provides superior field-to-beam ratios. Borosilicate prismatic glass lens that won’t fade, discolor or degrade in harsh environments. Robust cast aluminum housing and durable epoxy finish to withstand harsh environments and rated for -40°C to 40°C ambient.
